Fortunately, Benusa Appliance Sales and Service offers a team of knowledgeable sales representatives who can show customers why the store was named the Best Appliance Store in the 2017 Best of Central Minnesota contest. Jeff Seifert, the company’s vice president, shared with the Times his thoughts on what separates Benusa from the competition.
Why is it important to you to work for Benusa?
It is important for me to work at Benusa appliance because it offers a tremendous challenge in that we have five retail stores St Cloud, Monticello, Litchfield, Sauk Centre and Bemidji — plus we have a contract side of the business that supplies appliances to new apartment buildings all over the Upper Midwest.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of the job is to keep juggling all the balls we have up in the air at any given time. Also, finding and retaining qualified people to assist in keeping our business running smoothly.
What would your dream home look like/include?
It would be an open concept design in a quiet serene area with high-end appliances such as Sub Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking equipment and Bosch dishwashers.
What do you want Times readers to know about your business that they might not already know?
That we offer “WOW” service. We have extremely knowledgeable salespeople; we offer 16 different brands of appliances. Our prices are very competitive and we service everything we sell and even appliances we didn’t sell!
One last question: Is your refrigerator running?
Of course my refrigerator is running! We send out five service vans every day covering a 60-mile radius of St. Cloud with superior appliance service. When your refrigerator is not, running give us a call!
